I have a 4.38 diff in my car with a 280Z 5 speed. I'm running 13" wheels. 2nd gear is a little low with this setup. I'm always hitting the shift light in the middle of a turn, particularly turn 4 at Mission Raceway. It's very frustrating at times. Do you shift up in the middle of the corner or back off until you're going straight. When trying to set up a pass at turn 6 I don't want to think about the max rpm's in turn 5. After several times through turn 5 last weekend I now have a much noisier valve train.
