I started by asking lots of questions and wondered what was the best type of induction for my particular frankenstein. He (Andy at Specialty)said I was to look for a set of 44 mukinies but starting with my 38su's was fine. I wanted to know what was at the top of the "food chain" and should I be looking at efi. Knowing my budget he had not led me down this path. I had found a 280z intake manifold and wondered if it could be cut and welded. The problem here is lack of air flow . That intake is not large enough. Money can buy the proper stuff but it is not a backyard project. There is a guy here in B.C. (Byron Meston, Cand B manifolds ) who has made some efi intakes with some success and it is my understanding that he is in the process of running another batch that would be large enough to fit this application. I have not talked to him but maybe some one else on the list knows more about this project. I understand that this would cost $2000 + to start by the time you bought the mani, injectors and controller, ect. I will be happy to just get my project back together before I start to worry about more upgrades. Mike Yarn Quailcum B.C. 72 510 2dr. 72 510 wagon 71 510 4dr.
