Intake plumbing

I ran the intake accross the front of the engine as there was more space for the filter on the left of the engine bay. I intend to fabricate a cold air enclosure for it eventually. The piece of rubber trunking nearest the camera is from a Nissan 300C (Y30) but a similar piece may be found on a 300ZX. Believe it or not the silver pipe is made from a Datsun 1200 propshaft... it was the only tube I could find with the right diameter! Initially the filter was a K&N but has since been changed for a stainless steel one.
