Metal removed from passenge lower rear quarter

Rust removed, patch welded to the inner area. It is sprayed in weld though primer. -

The area is "stepped". I made a single piece with three smaller pieces that would be welded together. -
This is where the fender mounts. It was quite rotten. The metal was removed revealing the inner rocker. -
Rusty old an shiny new (before final touches and shaping was done)

The inside radius was not deep enough, time for more hammering and stretching. -

This is what I found after removing the 1/2" thick bondo someone used to "repair" some damage. -
