YIKES! Look what I found when dropping my rear end for upgrades. I swear it wasn't there in February 2010 when I went over the car before the Laguna Seca track day. Glad it didn't fail at speed. Maybe 335rw ft-lbs played a role? Time for a new Penultimate. I don't think this is covered under warranty.

Note each washer is a pair of washers w/ "teeth" (ramps or cams) on the outer faces and between the two washers to resist loosening.

http://www.nord-lock.com/default.asp?url=2.16.37 Supposed to be better than nylocks, loc-tite, safety-wire, etc. Since these bolts will be hidden under the CVs, I have no way of checking on them unless I disassemble them. They cost 50 cents per washer, but McMaster-Carr doesn't sell proper 10mm washers, only 3/8" size, which would probably work, but doesn't fit over the unthreaded portion of bolt. If using these on a free bolt, you're supposed to place a washer under the bolt head and another under the nut. Also, mounting surface must not be hardened greater than the hardness of the washers, as they need to be able to "bite". ALso available in stainless steel.
