Pierce -- the Weber people -- showed their stuff at the 2008 Monterey Historics. A good solution for someone who can't decide between sidedrafts and downdrafts, though some hood modification may be required.

Background on the Paul Newman and Bob Sharp 510s now owned by John Baldwin. From the July/August 1997 Grassroots Motorsports.

In addition to his black-and-silver #75 ex-Bob Sharp 510, Paul Newman also campaigned a TR6 in matching colors. Raced by one-time BRE driver John McComb in the 1975 runoffs, the Triumph earned a national D Production title for Group 44 before becoming "Newman's Own" for '76 with similar results.
