Street 13 x 6 on Kelvin's Desert color 510

I bought these 13 X 6 wheels from Kurt then repaired & painted and sold to Kelvin & he used them on the desert colored he include a link to.

Notice smaller OD flange diameter and how close the bolt holes are to the outside of the flange portion above. That's unlike the wheels show on Ted or Nestor's but not unlike the photos on Kurts site for 13 x 6 Panasport wheel. Kurts page is either wrong or the two cars look a ot a like. Nestor says his are Panasport so their Panasport. The caps look like Panasport.
