S15 diff is not a structural element like the 510 unit. This required a structure to be added to the rear crossmember. After digging in this proved to be a costly and not so clean conversion. I would use a Subaru if I could turn back the clock... -

With a slim fan (not pictured), the radiator, the AC condensor (black) and the intercooler, there is not much clearance to the front of the engine -

The mess of wiring...First pass to ensure all works before clean up. Lots of wires to get the stock engine management and gauge cluster to function properly. -

Joined a FWD outlet to the original RWD, otherwise the RWD exited into the back of the radiator. Added a little sleeve for better compatibility to aftermarket hose diameters -

Had a disc machined so that the Turbo outlet could be rotated for direct aim toward the intercooler -

My daily driver (when dry). 15K Miles on an S13 SR20DET install. Fun, fast and reliable. Cosmetic restoration pending getting the 510 on the road... -

I'm the third owner, car is in better original condition than a similar one I owned 15 years ago! One lady took great care of it until the late 90's. Currently the car is patiently waiting for me to finish installing a S15 SR20DET. Should be running by Spring '06.
